A bereavement can be one of the toughest things you'll ever go through. We understand this & know that one of the most daunting things can be emptying a property to hand back to the letting agent or putting it on the market. We have a vast amount of experience in assisting people to get things back on track. We can work alongside you or the estate agents to ensure the property is respectfully & efficiently up to scratch & cleared. If you prefer we can always take the reigns & deal with the property ourselves. Afterall, we understand that sometimes this way it is easier.
We work side by side with local charities & also ZERO TO LANDFILL companies to ensure our services have the least amount of impact on the environment. We are waste licence carriers & strongly believe in re-use or recycling where possible.

Getting a property ready to sell.
Selling your own property can be a daunting task, let alone having to enter the mine field of selling someone else`s. We can work alongside you or the estate agent to ensure the property is cleared & is ready for market.
Alongside our clearance offering we can also make a package to assist you the best we can. We can offer cleaning services & general repairs to ensure the property is seen in the best light possible by potential purchasers.

Handing back to a landlord
Unfortunately when a bereavement occurs, landlords often require the property back in a timely manner. This can be daunting & quite overwhelming to deal with. We have worked closely with estate agents & landlords for over 10 years & we can ensure that the property is emptied & handed back in a timely, cost efficient manner. As well as removals of items we can assist in full property clearance.
We can also do any repairs / cleaning required as part of our full package approach, helping you in the best way possible.
Recent Clearance
This particular clearance was the result of a close family bereavement. The property needed to be listed for sale. The property had been inhabited for several decades with all of their personal belongings still in situ.
We were contacted and a date agreed. The property had approximately 20 tonnes of waste removed; All personal belongings, furniture and carpets/ underlay. This was done to get the property ready to hand over to the estate agents. We also carried out a general "spruce" to ensure it was seen the best way possible. The property hadn't had any remedial work carried out in many years as well as been a heavy smoking household.
We worked alongside the head of the estate to ensure the property was ready in a timely manner.
We originally agreed 1 week for hand over and managed to hand the property back in just 4 days.
